Coaching Programmes

Our tailored coaching programmes offer you the full benefit of one-to-one coaching combined with small group workshops, high quality resources and a supportive cohort of peers with which to exchange ideas and experiences.

In 2021/22 Research coach is offering two bespoke coaching programmes for researchers and academics.

Boost: Career coaching programme

Flourish: Working well in academia coaching programme

Each programme focuses on popular coaching topics that our clients often wish to explore in their one-to-one coaching sessions. We believe there is strength in communities, so the added bonus of joining a coaching programme is that not only will you benefit from regular one-to-one support from a professional coach, you will also join a small cohort of other researchers from different institutions with whom you can exchange ideas and experiences, through a series of interactive small group workshops. Throughout the programme you will have access to excellent resources to support your development and your coach will work with you each step of the way to help you to turn your learning in to practical actions.

Please explore the information below and follow the links to register. If you have any questions about the coaching programmes please contact Jo.Collins@researchcoach.co.uk

In addition to our coaching programmes , we also support established teams through our team coaching programmes. See our team coaching page for further information.
